Information we collect
When you request an estimate by phone, email or through our scheduling assistant, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, property address, a description of the damage, and any photos you send. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
We use your information solely to schedule and perform requested repair work, prepare estimates and invoices, follow up about your project, and meet legal or insurance requirements. Project photos may be used anonymously as before-and-after examples only with your permission.
Scheduling assistant
Our on-page assistant is provided by our central scheduling and dispatch service. Messages you send in the assistant are processed to route your request to our dispatcher and confirm your appointment.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — scheduling, dispatch, communications and payment processing — and only as needed to serve you, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can request a copy or deletion of the information we hold about you, or opt out of follow-up messages, by calling 305-360-0342 or emailing drhandymanservice6@yahoo.com.
