FAQ
Stucco and exterior wall repair questions
Straight answers to what South Florida property owners ask us most.
How much does stucco repair cost in Miami-Dade or Broward?
Small crack repairs typically start in the low hundreds, while large delaminated wall sections or storm rebuilds are priced by square footage and access. Every estimate is free, written and given on site — call 305-360-0342 or open the Assistant to schedule one.
Will the patch be visible after the repair?
Not when the texture is matched correctly. We prepare a sample board of your existing finish — sand, dash, lace, knockdown or smooth — and get your approval before applying it to the wall. On heavily weathered walls a full repaint of the affected plane gives the most seamless result.
Do you handle storm and hurricane damage?
Yes. We handle wind, impact and wind-driven rain damage on exterior walls, parapets, columns and soffit returns, including temporary weatherproofing and photo documentation you can submit with an insurance claim.
Why do stucco cracks keep coming back?
Because the underlying movement or moisture source was never addressed. We route cracks out, reinforce with fiber mesh at moving joints, and use elastomeric materials where seasonal movement is expected — and we trace leaks before doing cosmetic work.
How long does a typical repair take?
Isolated crack and patch work is often a one-day visit. Larger wall sections need cure time between coats, so plan on two to four days. Storm rebuilds depend on the scope, and we give you the schedule in writing with your estimate.
Do you work on condos, HOAs and commercial buildings?
Yes — single-family homes, townhomes, condo buildings, HOA common walls, and small commercial properties across Miami-Dade and Broward.
Do you paint after the repair?
We prepare surfaces for paint as standard: cleaning, crack sealing, caulking and masonry primer. Full repaint of the wall or elevation can be quoted with your repair.
How soon can you come out?
Most estimates are scheduled within a few business days, and we prioritize active leaks and storm damage. Open the Assistant on this page or call 305-360-0342.
